Thank you so much, Sarah. When writing down my fears I found many were things I couldn’t do anything about. The “what ifs” were taking up too much brain space.
It was really helpful to focus on the worries I can address and begin brainstorming how to take action.

Yay!! I’m so glad this process was helpful! It’s so easy to get stuck worrying about the things we can’t do anything about! I can’t wait to hear about some of the action steps you take. I’ve got one I’m doing tomorrow!

Jolene! Friend, It makes me smile to think of you! Slowing down during this time has been such a gift to me too! Isn’t it funny how the simple things we overlook can hold such beauty?

Thank you Sarah for this beautiful way of addressing my fears and giving them over to God. He is big enough and strong enough for all my fears. Just a great reminder. I really liked what you shared regarding our brains and the future and so captivating our thoughts…inserting God’s promises to focus on what God wants. It was great to walk but also to just stop and reflect as well. Thank you. Looking forward to our next session.

Oh Sarah, I can’t thank you enough for sharing this tool for dealing with fears! Once I started writing, I couldn’t stop. Possibilities, Solutions, Positive Images all began to flow from my pen to page. I felt joy as hope began to grow. Such simple steps to take in order to overcome what seemed so overwhelmingly impossible. Thank you for being such a gentle, steady guide through this.

So… when you said to come up with an outrageous action I would never do, my biggest concern is finances, so I wrote, “Rob a bank.” I’m now thinking you meant “most outrageous while still within the confines of Biblical and civil law” 😀

Haha! Abbie, oh that’s funny. I can just hear you saying, “But officer, it wasn’t my idea… there was this life coach!” Well, I suppose we could go to jail together! And yes, those outrageous actions need qualifiers!

What a great growth walk, Sarah! I love everything you said.
One good thing that has come out of the lock down for me is more time of prayer and reflection. I’m also thankful for all the time to work on ministry projects.
Thanks again, Sarah. I journaled through your questions. 😊

Great video Sarah!! This was so encouraging and practical. I’m excited to start implementing outrageous ideas to confront my fears.

One positive thing that I see coming out of this COVID-19 season is that it is highlighting disparities in our health system that have not been appropriately addressed. My hope is that the deep impact this season is having on all of us personally will mobilize the right people to not only acknowledge these issues but take action!

Thank you for the investment you are making by providing this helpful tool!
